C. Bobby Benedict, A graduate civil engineer with over 23 years experience in the construction industry established B & B Builders Vellore in 1995. Placing trust in people, quality, safety, technology, infrastructure and innovation B & B Builders has come a long way since its inception.

B&B Builders, a proprietary firm till recently, has attained enviable, yet natural growth and maturity, upgraded to B&B Developers & Builders Private Limited. The firm has moved into its own spacious landscaped office premises “The Workshop” consolidating its various business operation under one roof to deliver efficient and high quality service to its clients.

Currently there are over 150 engineers under direct employment of B & B Builders. Departments like Quality Control, Safety, Estimation, Administration, Human Resources and Purchase are in place to ensure professional support and maintain high standard in meeting the demands of the client in all aspects.

Formwork Division, an inhouse facility of B & B Builders fulfills the infrastructure, equipment & machinery requirements for construction activities.

Wood Concepts, a subsidiary of B&B has been established to meet the growing demand for high quality interiors and furniture in their projects. Wood Concepts is equipped with the most modern facility to manufacture wooden interiors and furniture in compliance with the latest trends in design and technology. As a stand-alone entity, Wood Concepts is open to retail and institutional supply of interiors and furniture.
