Frushzen is a Microbial Enzyme developed with the help of twelve different microbes, which will reduce the organic loads in the Industrial effluents, by realizing its efficiency in the reduction of operating cost and enhancing the quality of down stream to improve the performance of the tertiary treatment unit such as Reverse Osmosis.
The Product will act as a catalyst and break the larger chemical into smaller one which will be assimilated by Microbes, which in turn maintain the Mixed Liquid Suspended Solid constantly

Company Profile :

MSI Biotech is a Start Up company dealing with enzymes for the treatment of Industrial Waste Water, Having Registered Office at Vaniyambadi, and Laboratory activity and Product development activities are in Technology Business Incubator at VIT University, Vellore.
MSI Biotech has developed the enzymes for the treatment of tannery waste after prolonged Research and Development activity from February 2007.
Ajmal Hussain, a Post Graduate in Industrial Microbiology from University of Madras is the promoter. To develop the enzymes he has raised the seed fund from Technology Business Incubator.
The product developed by us has been tested at different levels like lab scale, bench scale and in large scale both in Effluent Treatment Plant (Aafaq Leathers, Vaniyambadi) as well as Common Effluent Treatment Plant (VANITEC, Vaniyambadi).
The Product reduces the organic load present in the effluent in short duration of time, the product helps the ETPs and CETPs to save the huge use of energy by using air diffusers or Mechanical Pumps. The product will save the cost of treatment.
